摘要
针对炼化装置水冷器构建了系统的能效分级与动态管控策略.通过深入分析水冷器工作原理及能效影响因素,建立了全面的能效检测、计算与分级评估体系,为科学分类管理奠定了基础.针对不同能效级别,提出了一系列动态管控策略,涵盖操作参数优化与设备结构改进,实现了能效的实时提升.实践表明,该策略显著提高了水冷器能效,降低了能源消耗与环境污染.此成果为炼化企业提升水冷器能效提供了借鉴,并为相关领域研究奠定了基础,有助于推动炼化行业向高效、环保方向转型,体现了科学能效评估与灵活管控策略的重要价值.
Abstract
In this study,a systematic energy efficiency classification and dynamic management and con-trol strategy were constructed for the water cooler of the refining and chemical unit.Through in-depth analysis of the working principle of water cooler and the influencing factors of energy efficiency,a comprehensive ener-gy efficiency detection,calculation and grading evaluation system was established,laying the foundation for scientific classification management.For different energy efficiency levels,a series of dynamic management and control strategies were proposed,covering operating parameter optimization and equipment structure im-provement to achieve real-time improvement of energy efficiency.Practice has shown that this strategy signifi-cantly improves the energy efficiency of water coolers,reduces energy consumption and environmental pollu-tion.This achievement provides a practical guide for refining and chemical companies to improve the energy efficiency of water coolers,and lays a foundation for research in related fields.It helps to promote the transfor-mation of the refining industry towards high efficiency and environmental protection,reflecting the important value of scientific energy efficiency evaluation and flexible control strategies.
