摘要
介绍了中石化(大连)石油化工研究院有限公司研发的催化剂FC-76/FC-80级配方案在中国石化海南炼油化工有限公司加氢裂化装置的工业实践情况.对比分析了两个周期的标定数据,结果表明,在质量空速明显提高的情况下:加氢精制反应器反应温度降低了 10.26 ℃,总温升提高了 3.39℃,精制油氮含量满足指标要求;裂化反应器反应温度与上个周期相当,总温升提高了 5.38 ℃;重石脑油收率提高了 3.62百分点,环烷烃质量分数在42%以上,是优质的连续重整原料;尾油收率提高了 6.62百分点,BMCI值12.79.该方案既满足了下游乙烯装置的原料需求,又兼顾了重石脑油收率.
Abstract
This article introduces the industrial practice of the FC-76/FC-80 catalyst grading scheme de-veloped by SINOPEC(Dalian)Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemicals Co.,Ltd.in the hydro-cracking unit of Hainan Refinery.A comparative analysis is conducted on the calibration data of two cycles.The results show that with a significant increase in mass space velocity,the reaction temperature of the hydro-genation refining reactor decreases by 10.26 ℃,the total temperature rise increases by 3.39 ℃,and the ni-trogen content of the refined oil meets the requirements of the indicators.The reaction temperature of the cracking reactor is equivalent to the previous cycle,and the total temperature rise has increased by 5.38 ℃.The yield of heavy naphtha increases by 3.62 percentage points,and the mass fraction of cycloalkanes reaches over 42%,making it a high-quality continuous reforming feedstock.The tail oil yield increases by 6.62 per-centage points,and the tail oil BMCI value is 12.79.It not only meets the feedstock requirements of down-stream ethylene unit,but also takes into account the yield of heavy naphtha.
