摘要
对于大型炼化一体化项目,传统的装置火炬泄放量计算方法求得的全厂火炬排放总量过于保守,导致火炬总管尺寸大、热辐射面积大、占地面积大、投资高.按照相关标准要求,通过基础泄放分析、动态泄放分析和火炬泄放量消减相结合的系统化方法对某大型石化项目火炬系统进行了系统化泄放分析和火炬系统优化,成功对火炬泄放量进行了消减,从而缩减了放空总管管径,缩小了辐射土地范围,节省了项目投资,为大型炼化一体化项目火炬系统的设计及建设优化提供了参考.
Abstract
For large-scale refining-petrochemical integrated projects,through the traditional flare relief capacity calculation method leads to a conservative total flare emission for the entire plant,resulting in prob-lems such as large size of the flare venting header,large flare thermal radiation area,large land occupation,and high investment.In accordance with relevant standards,a systematic relevant analysis and optimization of the flare system for a large petrochemical project were carried out through a combination of basic discharge analysis,dynamic discharge analysis,and flare emission reduction.The flare emission was successfully re-duced,resulting in reducing the diameter of the venting main pipe,reducing the radiation range of land,and saving project investment.This provides a reference for the design and construction optimization of flare sys-tems in large-scale refining-petrochemical integrated projects.
