Images of"No-mind"and"Slightness":A New Exploration of Chuang Tzu's Concept of"Untruth"
As for the concept of"Untruth"in the Chapter Heaven and Earth of Chuang Tzu,many people have interpreted it since ancient times. From the perspective of Chinese traditional image thinking,it is understood as a virtual image which is seemingly tangible but without its form and entity. From the perspective of nothing,it is also interpreted as"No-mind"and"No Trace".Combining the previous double interpretation of"Image"and"Nothing"perspective,to understand the concept of"Untruth"as the image of"No-mind"and"Slightness".That is to say,the image of"No-mind"will be obtained when unconsciously. At the same time the image of"No-mind"itself is a kind of"Slightness"like, which is getting"Truth"before a harbinger.
