A Research on Willingness of Childbearing-age Couples to Have Three Children and Countermeasures——Based on Field Investigation in Longyan,Fujian
In order to actively implement the three-child policy of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council,and actively adapt to the new requirements of the transformation and development of population and family planning work,the research group came to the conclusion,based on the questionnaire data and field research of the intention of couples of child-bearing age in a city,that the influencing factors of the intention of having a third child are mainly manifested in three aspects:economic cost,institutional guarantee and fertility concept.In order to further optimize the fertility policy,improve the pertinency and operability of the three-child policy and supporting measures,effectively reduce the burden of birth,parenting and education for the masses,and help the construction of childbearing friendly cities,it is suggested to strengthen the top-level design to provide policy support,focus on improving the system guarantee function,reduce the cost of child rearing in a multi-pronged approach,and create a good fertility atmosphere.
