With the continuous improvement of the grassroots social governance system,the"Half of the sky"role of rural women can be further played,their enthusiasm and initiative to participate in rural revitalization activities have increased,social attention and satisfaction have increased.Taking Gongqiao Zhangping Longyan as an example,it has entered the forefront of grassroots.By studying the current situation and practice of rural women's participation in rural revitalization,analyzing the economic,political,and cultural difficulties they face,this paper proposes to promote the role of rural women in rural revitalization through organizational construction,entrepreneurial mechanism,skills training and cultural guidance.
