Digital government is an important symbol and component of the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.The digital transformation of government governance is a comprehensive reform of governance concepts,process control,and operational mechanisms.Its essence is to support the reform of the governance system through digital reform,with the aim of achieving"convenient public services","precise social governance",and"scientific economic decision-making".As a systematic engineering construction,digital government construction should pay attention to five dimensions:technology,management,services,security,and rule of law.There is an urgent need to enhance the government's digital governance capabilities from three aspects:enhancing digital leadership,establishing a collaborative governance pattern of diverse governance,and enhancing data security governance capabilities.
