立德树人视角下大学生资助认同与影响因素研究

资助是高校开展思想政治教育的重要载体,学生对资助的认同体现思政育人成效.党的十八大以来,立德树人根本任务得到持续强化,以资助认同为视角能有效观察大学生的思想政治素养.研究发现新时代资助认同面临经济资助无偿性与感恩意识缺失的矛盾,受助学生认识偏差影响资助带动功能,进而影响大学生国家认同感的形成等挑战.运用Probit并采用倾向得分匹配法(PSM),发现个体差异对资助认同感具有显著相关性,家庭特征对学生资助认同产生影响,评选程序、资助宣传与学生资助认同感呈正相关,评选标准与资助金额在模型估计中没有显著相关性.因此,多维度、多层次开展感恩教育,多渠道、不定期进行家校联系,全方面、有重点完善资助评选、宣传,有计划、有要求组织志愿服务等措施有助于提升大学生的资助认同感.
Funding is an important carrier for universities to carry out ideological and political education,and students'recognition of funding reflects the effectiveness of ideological and political education.Research has found that in the new era,there is a contradiction between the gratuitous nature of economic aid and the lack of gratitude awareness in funding identification.The lack of awareness among students receiving aid affects the driving function of funding,which in turn affects the formation of a sense of national identity among college students.Using Probit and the propensity score matching method(PSM),it was found that individual differences have a significant correlation with funding identification.Family characteristics have an impact on student funding identification.The selection process,funding promotion,and student funding identification are positively correlated.The selection criteria and funding amount are not significantly correlated in the model estimation.Based on this,it is proposed to carry out gratitude education in multiple dimensions and levels,conduct home school contact through multiple channels and irregularly,improve funding selection and promotion in all aspects and with focus,and organize volunteer services in a planned and required manner to enhance college students'sense of funding identification.
