威权领导对90后员工自我损耗、离职意向的影响

基于自我损耗理论与资源保存理论,以河南两家网络科技公司的90 后员工为样本,收集到287 份有效数据,实证分析了威权领导风格对90 后员工自我损耗、离职意向的影响.结果表明:威权领导对员工自我损耗产生显著正向影响,自我损耗对 90 后员工离职意向产生显著正向影响,威权领导对90 后员工离职意向产生显著正向影响.未来应注重转变管理方式和减轻员工自我损耗,以达到降低员工离职意向的目的.
Impact of Authoritarian Leadership on Self-depletion and Turnover Intention of Post-90s Employees
Based on the Self-depletion Theory and Resource Conservation Theory,287 valid data were collected from post-90s employees of two network technology companies in Henan Province,and the impact of authoritarian leadership style on post-90s employees'self-depletion and turnover intention was empirically analyzed.The results indicate that authoritarian leadership has a significant positive impact on employee self-depletion,and self-depletion has a significant positive impact on the turnover intention of post-90s employees.Authoritarian leadership has a significant positive impact on the turnover intention of post-90s employees.In the future,attention should be paid to transforming management methods and reducing employee self-depletion,in order to achieve the goal of reducing employee turnover intentions.
