企业大数据能力对员工创新行为的影响机制研究

在大数据时代,数字赋能是员工创新的动力来源.通过 236 份员工问卷调查数据,利用多元线性回归分析检验了企业大数据能力对员工创新行为的影响.研究结果表明:从总体来看,企业大数据能力显著正向影响员工的创新行为;从中介效应看,工作重塑和知识分享作为中介变量,是企业大数据能力提升员工创新行为的重要间接因素.
Impact Mechanism of Enterprise Big Data Capability on Employee Innovation Behavior
In the era of big data,digital empowerment is the driving force for the employee innovation.Through 236 employee's questionnaire survey data,multiple linear regression analyses were used to examine the impact of enterprise big data capabilities on employee innovation behavior.The research results indicate that,overall,the big data capabilities of enterprises have a significant positive impact on employees'innovative behavior.From the perspective of mediating effects,job reshaping and knowledge sharing,as mediating variables,are important indirect factors for enhancing employees'innovative behavior through big data capabilities in enterprises.
