This study screened a highly efficient potassium solubilizing bacterial strain LYBM04 from kitchen waste liquid, with a potassium solubilizing efficiency of 65.67%.After 16S rDNA analysis,it was identified as Bacillus mucilaginosus. The LYBM04 strain showed similar growth curves in the LB medium and potassium solubilizing bacteria re-screening medium, but the overall speed was slightly slower in potassium solubilizing bacteria re-screening medium.Through orthogonal experiments,it was determined that the LYBM04 strain can be inoculated into kitchen waste liquid with phosphate solubilizing bacteria and nitrogen fixing bacteria in the optimal ratio of 2:2:1 and an inoculation amount of 5%for aerobic fermentation at 30 ℃ for 40 hours to prepare liquid microbial fertilizer. After testing, the total phosphorus, ammonia nitrogen, total nitrogen, total potassium and other nutritional components were detected to be higher than those in kitchen waste liquid. It had a significant promoting effect on the plant height, root length, and root weight of potted corn, and had certain application prospects in the development and application of liquid microbial fertilizer.
