In order to enhance the career planning ability of high school students and analyze the impact of family function and self-concept clarity on their career planning ability,and test the mediating role of self-concept clarity,378 high school students were investigated with the Self-Report Family Scale,the Self-Concept Clarity Scale and the Career Planning subscale of the Career Development Self-Efficacy Scale.The results show that:positive family behavior is significantly positively correlated with the senior high school students'self-concept clarity and career planning ability;negative family behavior is significantly negatively correlated with the senior high school students'self-concept clarity and career planning ability;self-concept clarity is significantly positively correlated with career planning ability;the self-concept clarity plays an intermediary role between family function and senior high school students'career planning ability.Family function affects the senior high school students'career planning ability by affecting their self-concept clarity.The research results can provide suggestions for the career guidance of senior high school students.
