父母心理控制对初中生问题性手机使用的影响——一个链式中介模型

Influence of Parental Psychological Control on Adolescents'Problematic Mobile Phone Use:a Sequential Mediation Model

为探讨父母心理控制与初中生问题性手机使用之间的关系,分析自尊和社交焦虑的中介作用,以福建省某普通中学360名初中生为对象,采用父母心理控制量表、自尊量表、社交焦虑量表和问题性手机使用量表进行调查.研究结果显示,父母心理控制与问题性手机使用呈显著正相关,社交焦虑在父母心理控制和问题性手机使用之间起中介作用,而自尊和社交焦虑共同构成链式中介作用.因此,通过调节父母心理控制水平、提升自尊和减轻社交焦虑,有助于减少初中生的问题性手机使用.
To investigate the relationship between parental psychological control and problematic mobile phone use among junior high school students,and to analyze the mediating roles of self-esteem and social anxiety,this study surveyed 360 junior high school students from a regular middle school in Fujian Province.Instruments used included the Parental Psychological Control Scale,Self-Esteem Scale,Social Anxiety Scale,and Problematic Mobile Phone Use Scale.The findings reveal a significant positive correlation between parental psychological control and problematic mobile phone use.Social anxiety functions as a mediator between parental psychological control and problematic mobile phone use,while self-esteem and social anxiety jointly constitute a sequential mediating effect.The results highlight the importance of modulating parental psychological control levels,enhancing self-esteem,and mitigating social anxiety to reduce problematic mobile phone use among junior high school students.
