Promoting the Chinese excellent traditional culture in primary and secondary schools is an important measure to implement the fundamental task of"student moral education and cultivation".C-STEAM education aims to deeply explore the cultural connotation,create a project-style teaching model,carry forward and inherit the excellent cultural heritage of the Chinese nation in primary and secondary schools,and comprehensively cultivate students'comprehensive ability and necessary skills.Taking the excellent national project-based learning project"Puxian Opera Drum Class Exercise"in 2021 as an example,explore the development process and characteristics of C-STEAM,the educational value and path of disciplinary integration education oriented to cultural inheritance,and build a systematic and reasonable project-based teaching model and to establish a"more basic,broader and deeper"cultural self-confidence among primary and secondary school students.
