摘要
我国劳改制度的源头可以追溯至中央苏区时期形成的一系列早期的罪犯改造方法,其中的代表为中央劳动感化院所进行的惩罚与教育感化相结合的罪犯改造实践.中央苏区时期罪犯改造的实践既是对中国共产党人早期的罪犯改造思想的检验,也为延安时期的罪犯改造实践及新中国的监狱司法制度奠定了坚实的基础.
Abstract
The origin of China's reform through labor system can be traced back to a series of early methods of criminal rehabilitation formed during the Central Soviet Area period,among which the representative is the practice of combining punishment with education and rehabilitation carried out by the Central Labor Rehabilitation Institute to reform criminals.The practice of criminal reform in the Central Soviet Area not only tested the early thoughts of the CPC on criminal reform,but also laid a solid foundation for the practice of criminal reform in the Yan'an period and the prison judicial system in New China.
