Construction of the Strong Tourism Country and High-quality Development of Tourism
High-quality development of tourism is the internal requirement of building a strong tourism country.Based on the important instructions of tourism development by President Xi Jinping,this article discusses some key issues of how to understand the strong tourism country on the new journey of achieving the Chinese Dream,how to achieve the strategy of becoming a strong tourism country,how to implement the important instructions of President Xi Jinping,how to understand the new position and new path of the development of tourism,how to promote high-quality development of tourism,and how to take on the mission as a tourism academic community.It suggests that some issues need to be specially focused on.1)Starting from the new era and the new journey,the background,the underlying logic,the focus,the industrial positioning,the measurement indicators and the construction ideas of the strong tourism country should be rethought.2)To achieve the goal of the strong tourism country,it is necessary to innovate the tax system,optimize tourism statistics and cultivate the high-level talent.3)The important instructions of President Xi Jinping are guiding principles.The problems of market,industry,idea,overall plan and system should be paid more attention to.4)Under the background that tourism has become an emerging strategic pillar industry,a livelihood industry and happiness industry with remarkable characteristics of the contemporary era,healing tourism is a new track in line with the new positioning of tourism.5)To achieve the high-quality development of tourism,it is necessary to take the market as the guidance,people's satisfaction as the center,and input-output as the basis of tourism investment.It is significant to achieve balanced and sustainable development in both spatial and temporal dimensions.6)On the new journey of tourism development,the academic community should take on the important responsibility and historical mission,timely answer the question of the times,and scientifically inquiry the foundation of the theories.
