还原型谷胱甘肽治疗寻常型银屑病疗效观察
EFFECT OF GLUTATHIONE COMBINED FOR THE TREATMENT OF VULGARIS-TYPE PSORIASIS

摘要
目的：观察还原型谷胱甘肽治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效。方法141例确诊为寻常型银屑病患者，随机分为治疗组（n＝80）和对照组（n＝61）。治疗组采用还原型谷胱甘肽静脉滴注1次／日，口服消银颗粒，3次／日；对照组单独口服消银颗粒，3次／日。结果疗程结束后，两组有效率治疗组93．7％，对照组67％，具有统计学差异（χ2＝16．83， P ＜0．01）。结论还原型谷胱甘肽治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效显著，值得临床推广。
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Glutathione combined in the treatment of vulgaris‐type psoriasis .Methods 141 case patients diagnosed with vulgaris‐type psoriasis were recruited and randomized‐divided into treatment group (n=80)and control group (n=61) .Ttreatment group was given glutathione (once a day) combined with xiaoyin particles (three times a day) ,while control group was only had oral xiaoyin particles (three times a day ) .Results Effective rates were remarkably higher in treatment group (93 .7% ) than control group (67% ) at the end of therapy (χ2 =16 .83 ,P <0 .01) .Conclusion A therapy of glutathione combined is effective for patients with vulgaris‐type psoriasis .
