CORRELATION ANALYSIS BETWEEN PLASMA IG G N-GLYCOSYL-ATION LEVEL AND DISEASE ACTIVITY IN PATIENTS WITH SYSTEMIC LUPUS ERYTHEMATOSUS
Objective To explore the correlation between IgG N-glycosylation level and disease activity in patients with Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Methods Retrospective case-control study was per-formed.Results The levels of monogalactosylation(G1),digalactosylation(G2)and sialylation(S1)of IgG in SLE patients were both lower than those in the healthy controls. Both G2(t=2.68,P=0.008)and FG2(t=2.56,P=0.011)were negatively correlated with the disease activity of SLE patients.Con-clusion The level of IgG digalactosylation is related to the disease activity of SLE patients.
