STUDY ON HPLC FINGERPRINT SPECTRUM OF COMPOUND HONEYSUCKLE FLOWER GRANULES
Objective To explore the quality evaluation of compound honeysuckle flower granules.Meth-ods Gradient elution was performed on InerSustain C18 chromatographic column with methanol-0.1%for-mic acid solution as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1 mL/min,the column temperature was 35℃,the detection wavelength was 320 nm,and the sample size was 10μL.Puerarin was used as the internal stand-ard to analyze 27 batches of compound Honeysuckle flower granules. The similarity evaluation was per-formed to determine the common peaks, and cluster analysis and principal component analysis were con-ducted.Results The 27 batches of compound Honeysuckle flower granules from different manufacturers showed 20 common peaks and the similarity was 0.907-0.991.The principal component analysis indicated that the 20 common peaks could be synthesized into 4 principal components and that the cumulative contri-bution rate reached 85.804%.Conclusion The HPLC fingerprint spectrum of compound Honeysuckle flow-er granules used in this study can provide reference for its quality control and evaluation.
