目的 探讨鲜羊血炮制雷公藤解毒的机制。方法 采用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18柱为色谱柱,以乙腈和0。1%磷酸溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速为0。4 mL/min,检测波长230 nm;运用"中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统"和SPSS17。0统计软件分析雷公藤经羊血炮制前后指纹图谱的差异,观察其成分的变化。结果 初步建立了雷公藤经羊血炮制前、后的HPLC指纹图谱,发现雷公藤经羊血炮制后包括雷公藤红素在内的6种成分含量降低。结论 建立的雷公藤指纹图谱具有较好的重现性,能准确反映雷公藤经羊血炮制前后成分的变化。
COMPARATIVE STUDY ON HPLC FINGERPRINT OF TRIPTERYGIUM WILFORDII BEFORE AND AFTER BEING PROCESSED WITH FRESH SHEEP BLOOD
Objective To explore the mechanism of detoxification of tripterygium wilfordii processed with fresh sheep blood.Methods Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 column was used as the chromatographic col-umn,acetonitrile and 0.1%phosphoric acid solution were used as mobile phase,gradient elution was per-formed at the flow rate of 0.4 mL/min,and the detection wavelength was 230 nm.The similarity evalua-tion system of TCM chromatographic fingerprint and SPSS17.0 statistical software were used to analyze the difference in the fingerprint of Tripterygium wilfordii before and after being processed with sheep blood,and the changes of its components were observed.Results The HPLC fingerprints of tripterygium wilfordii before and after being processed with sheep blood were established.The content of 6 components including tripterygium erythrodin decreased after being processed with sheep blood.Conclusion The estab-lished fingerprint of Tripterygium wilfordii has good reproducibility and can accurately reflect the changes of composition of tripterygium wilfordii before and after being processed with sheep blood.
