CLINICAL EFFECT AND NURSING EXPERIENCE OF ENDOSCOPIC MUCOSAL DISSECTION IN TREATING EARLY GASTRIC CANCER AND PRECANCEROUS LESIONS
Objective To explore the treatment and nursing methods for early gastric cancer and precan-cerous lesions.Methods Sixty patients with early gastric cancer and precancerous lesions were randomly di-vided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups received ESD treatment,the control group received routine care,and the observation group received individualized psychological care combined with posture care.The clinical effects of the two groups were observed.Results There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)in the overall resection rate and curative resection rate between the two groups.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(χ2=4.44,P=0.035).The improvement in HAMA,self-care ability,the health knowledge level and the satisfaction after nursing were all better than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion ESD treatment has a definite curative effect on early gastric cancer and precancerous diseases,and person-alized psychological care combined with posture care can produce better clinical effect.
