CALLISPHERES? DRUG-LOADED MICROSPHERES IN TREATING PATIENT WITH COLORECTAL LIVER METASTASES VIA TRANSCATHETER ARTERIAL CHEMOEMBOLIZATION
Objective To explore the treatment and nursing for the patient with unresectable colorectal liver metastases. Methods 60 patients with unresectable l colorectal liver metastases were randomly divided into two groups, with 30 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with CalliSpheres drug-loaded microspheres via transcatheter arterial chemoembolization. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received narrative nursing. The effects of tumor control and nursing interven-tion were compared between the two groups. Results The rate of disease control in the observation group was 90%,higher than 66.67%in the control group(χ2=4.81,P=0.028).The improvement degree of SAS,SDS and CD-RISC scores and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were more than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Narrative nursing help to improve the clinical effect of DEB-TACE in treating unresectable colorectal liver metastases and enhance patients'nursing satisfaction.
