目的 探讨不可手术切除结直肠癌肝转移患者的治疗及护理方法。方法 将 60 例不可手术切除结直肠癌肝转移患者随机分为两组，各 30 例。两组均行 CalliSpheres®载药微球经肝动脉化疗栓塞治疗，对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用叙事护理。比较两组肿瘤控制情况、护理干预效果。结果 观察组疾病控制率为 90%，高于对照的 66。67%(χ2=4。81，P=0。028);观察组SAS、SDS、CD-RISC评分改善程度、护理满意度均优于对照组(P<0。05)。结论 应用叙述护理模式有利于提高DEB-TACE治疗不可切除结直肠癌肝转移患者的临床疗效，改善患者负性情绪，提升患者护理满意度。
CALLISPHERES? DRUG-LOADED MICROSPHERES IN TREATING PATIENT WITH COLORECTAL LIVER METASTASES VIA TRANSCATHETER ARTERIAL CHEMOEMBOLIZATION
Objective To explore the treatment and nursing for the patient with unresectable colorectal liver metastases.Methods 60 patients with unresectable l colorectal liver metastases were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with CalliSpheres drug-loaded microspheres via transcatheter arterial chemoembolization.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received narrative nursing.The effects of tumor control and nursing interven-tion were compared between the two groups.Results The rate of disease control in the observation group was 90%,higher than 66.67%in the control group(χ2=4.81,P=0.028).The improvement degree of SAS,SDS and CD-RISC scores and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were more than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Narrative nursing help to improve the clinical effect of DEB-TACE in treating unresectable colorectal liver metastases and enhance patients'nursing satisfaction.
