理肠丸治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的疗效观察和对免疫球蛋白及肠道菌群调节的影响

摘要
目的 探讨IBS-D的治疗方法.方法 将 100 例IBS-D患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各 50 例,对照组口服匹维溴铵片,治疗组口服理肠丸.观察治疗前后两组中医证候评分与疗效、IBS-SSS评分与疗效、免疫球蛋白及肠道菌群.结果 治疗后,治疗组中医证候评分与疗效、IBS-SSS评分与疗效、IgA、IgG、肠杆菌、肠球菌、双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌改善程度均优于对照组(P<0.01).结论 理肠丸治疗IBS-D效果显著.
Abstract
Objective To explore the treatment of Diarrheal irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D).Methods 100 cases of IBS-D were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given pivillium bromide tablets and the treatment group was given TCM Lichang pills.The TCM syndrome scores and the curative effect,IBS-SSS scores and the curative effect,the immunoglobulin and the intestinal flora were observed before and after the treatment.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores,IBS-SSS scores,the curative effect and the improvement of IgA,IgG,in the treatment group were all better than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Lichang Pill is effective in treating IBS-D.
