全脑SIB-IMRT治疗EGFR野生型或耐药型肺腺癌脑转移瘤的疗效观察及护理体会

摘要
目的 探讨EGFR野生型或耐药型肺腺癌脑转移瘤的治疗及护理方法.方法 将46例EGFR野生型或耐药型肺腺癌脑转移瘤患者随机分为两组,各23例.两组均行全脑SIB-IMRT,观察组联合贝伐珠单抗;两组均采用循证护理干预.比较两组临床效果.结果 观察组临床疗效、瘤周水肿体积、健康指数及生活满意度得分改善程度均优于对照组(P<0.05).结论 应用全脑SIB-IMRT联合贝伐珠单抗治疗EGFR野生型或耐药型肺腺癌脑转移瘤疗效肯定,安全性好.
Abstract
Objective To explore the treatment and nursing of brain metastases of EGFR wild-type or drug-resistant lung adenocarcinoma.Methods 46 cases of brain metastases of EGFR wild-type or drug-re-sistant lung adenocarcinoma were randomly divided into two groups,with 23 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with the whole brain SIB-IMRT,while the observation group was treated with bevaci-zumab in addition.Both groups received evidence-based nursing intervention.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results The clinical effect,peritumoral edema volume,health index and life satis-faction of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole brain SIB-IMRT used with bevacizumab is effective and safe in treating brain metastases of EGFR wild-type or drug-resistant lung adenocarcinoma.
