THE CLINICAL EFFECT OF DOUBLE-CHANNEL SPINAL ENDOSCOPY ON THE TREATMENT OF LDH
Objective To explore the treatment and nursing methods of LDH.Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with LDH were retrospectively collected and divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group according to different treatment methods. The control group received posterior discectomy, while the observation group underwent unilateral double-channel spinal endoscopic extraction of nucleus pulpo-sus.Both groups were given routine nursing and postoperative rehabilitation exercise. The clinical effect in the two groups was observed. Results The operation time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group, while the amount of surgical bleeding, postoperative mobilization time, and hospital stay were less than those in the control group(t=3.01-20.87,P<0.01).The improvement degree of postoperative pain and ODI in the observation group was better than that in the control group(t=7.45,10.14;P<0.01).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the con-trol group(x2=4.49,P=0.034).Conclusion Unilateral dual-channel endoscopic removal of the nucleus pulposus is more effective in treating LDH.
