THE CLINICAL EFFECT OF SOFT TISSUE DILATOR COMBINED WITH RHEGF ON CRANIAL HIGH-VOLTAGE BURN
Objective To explore the treatment of cranial high-voltage burn. Methods Clinical data of 31 patients with cranial high-voltage burn were collected retrospectively and divided into the treatment group(16 cases)and the control group(15 cases)according to different treatment methods. The treatment group underwent scalp preparation,debridement,freeze-dried rhEGF solution gauze scalp wet compress and soft tissue dilator treatment. The control group received simple wound debridement and dilator treat-ment.The skin dilation time, the skin dilation rate and the immediate retraction rate in the two groups were observed. Results The completion time of dilation and the immediate retraction rate in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(t=6.41,7.69;P<0.01),while the skin expansion rate was higher in the treatment group than that in the control group(t=23.21,P<0.01).The flaps in both groups healed with good results. Conclusion Skin soft tissue dilator combined with rhEGF is effective in treating cranial high-voltage burn.
