CLINICAL STUDY ON THE TREATMENT OF DIARRHEA-TYPE IRRITABLE BOWEL SYNDROME BASED ON SOOTHING LIVER AND RELIEVING DEPRESSION COMBINED WITH AURICULAR ACUPOINT PRESSING
Objective To explore the treatment of IBS-D syndrome of liver-stagnation and spleen-defi-ciency.Methods 62 cases of IBS-D syndrome of liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency were randomly divid-ed into the control group and the observation group,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with pivillium bromide tablet and bifidobacterium triple live capsule,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with auricular acupoint pressing.After 4 weeks of treatment,the effective rate and the TCM syndrome score of the two groups were compared,and the re-currence was observed.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 93.55％,which was higher than 74.19％in the control group(x2=4.29,P=0.038).The improvement degree of TCM syndrome score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(t=3.53～5.90,P＜0.01).The recurrence rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(Z=2.14,P＜0.01).Conclu-sion Traditional Chinese medicine combined with auricular acupoint pressing can significantly reduce the symptoms and the recurrence rate of IBS-D syndrome of liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency.
