A STUDY ON THE EFFECTIVENESS OF huMSCs-exo COMBINED WITH LIP-1 IN TREATING ALLERGIC ASTHMA MOUSE MODEL
Objective Explore the treatment methods for allergic asthma.Methods 25 male BALB/c mice were randomly divided into CON,OVA,EXO,LIP-1,and LIP-1+EXO groups,with 5 mice in each group.The CON group received daily PBS nebulization inhalation for 30 minutes;After successfully con-structing asthma mouse models in other groups,different treatment methods were given.After treat-ment,lung tissue and BALF were collected from mice.Use ELISA method to detect IgE and IL-4 in BALF,and perform total white blood cell count and cell classification counting.Perform HE staining on lung tissue slices.Results Compared with other model groups,the LIP-1+EXO group significantly re-duced the levels of IL-4 and IgE,as well as the total number of white blood cells and various types of cells(P<0.05);The infiltration of inflammatory cells in lung tissue is reduced,and the proliferation of air-way epithelium is not significant.Conclusion The combination of LIP-1 and EXO can effectively treat al-lergic asthma model mice.
