夹杂物控制与去除技术在鞍钢的应用发展

夹杂物对于钢材性能和表面质量有着重要影响,为丰富和推进夹杂物控制与去除技术的发展实践,进行了多种尝试和研究.向钢液中喷吹超细CaO粉剂、加入超细粉剂复合球用于夹杂物影响研究,中间包钢液喷入超细CaO粉剂和RH加入复合球的工业应用研究,钢液喷吹超细CaO粉剂、加入复合球试验室研究表明,在钢液中形成呈圆状的复合夹杂物,大部分聚集上浮排出钢液,起到了夹杂物去除、净化钢液的作用;EH36钢中间包喷入超细CaO粉剂后,铸坯中夹杂物以2μm左右的圆形夹杂物为主,夹杂物的数密度和面积分数明显少于未喷粉罐;汽车板钢RH精炼加入复合球后,钢水中T.[O]值显著降低,中间包和铸坯T.[O]质量分数最低可达0.0013%和 0.000 5%.
Application and development of inclusion control and removal technology in Ansteel
Inclusions have significant impact on the performance and surface quality of steel.Various attempts and studies have been made focus on inclusion control and removal.Such as injecting ultrafine CaO powder into molten steel,adding ultrafine powder composite balls into molten steel,as well as industrial trial on injecting ultrafine CaO powder into molten steel and adding composite balls into molten steel at RH.Circular composite inclusions are formed in the molten steel by injecting ultrafine CaO powder into molten steel or adding ultrafine powder composite balls,and most of them aggregating and floating out of steel.Most of inclusions in the slab are circular and size around 2 μm after injecting ultra-fine CaO powder,the numerical density and area percentage content of the inclu-sions decrease significantly of EH36 steel.T[O]significantly decrease after adding composite balls into automobile plate steel,the lowest T[O]reach 0.001 3%in tundish and 0.000 5%in the slab.
