摘要
废钢熔化特性对于电弧炉炼钢流程至关重要.对电弧炉炼钢过程中废钢熔化行为的研究现状进行了综合评述,从热态模拟试验、冷态模拟试验以及数值模拟研究3个方面论述了废钢几何性质、废钢预热温度、熔池温度、熔池流动性质、废钢及熔池的元素含量、底吹工艺、侧吹工艺以及电弧特性等因素对废钢熔化行为的影响,旨在为电弧炉炼钢过程中的废钢熔化特性研究提供参考和借鉴.
Abstract
The melting characteristics of scrap are crucial in electric arc furnace(EAF)steelmaking process.A re-view of the scrap melting behavior in EAF steelmaking process is performed.The effects of geometric properties of scrap,scrap preheating temperature,temperature of molten bath,flow characteristics of molten bath,element con-tent in scrap and molten bath,bottom-blowing,side-blowing,and arc characteristics on scrap melting behavior are discussed from hot simulation experiment,cold simulation experiment,and numerical simulation,with the aim of providing references for the research on the melting characteristics of scrap in EAF steelmaking process.
