板坯连铸结晶器液面波动指数分析及水口参数优化

摘要
针对国内某钢厂连铸过程结晶器液面波动导致铸坯质量降级率较大的问题,建立相似比1∶0.6的板坯结晶器水模型,系统研究了浸入式水口的出口角度、浸入深度对结晶器流场的影响,并进一步采用高速摄像机和3D粒子图像测速仪对不同工况下的结晶器流场进行可视化分析.结果表明,在现有1.10 m/s的拉速生产条件下,选取25°的水口以及150 mm的浸入深度的液面波动和表面流速分别为1.57 mm和0.268 m/s;后续在拉速为1.40 m/s生产需求下,选取25°的水口以及180 mm的浸入深度的液面波动和表面流速分别为2.42 mm和0.325 m/s,均在合适的范围内,有利于夹杂物的控制,可为实际的连铸生产提供工艺参数指导.
Abstract
The fluctuation of liquid level in the continuous casting process has caused severe quality degradation of slab in a Chinese steel mill.In order to solve this problem,a water model of mold with a similar ratio of 1∶0.6 was built to investigate the effects of the angle and submerged depth of nozzle on the flow filed of mold.The visualization analysis on the flow field of the mold under different conditions was carried out using a high-speed camera and a 3D particle image velocimeter.The results indicated that,under the existing casting speed of 1.10 m/s,selecting a wa-ter nozzle with a 25° angle and an immersion depth of 150 mm yielded liquid level fluctuation and surface flow veloci-ty of 1.57 mm and 0.268 m/s.When the casting speed increased to 1.40 m/s,liquid level fluctuation and surface flow velocity were 2.42 mm and 0.325 m/s,which were still within an appropriate range,by choosing a 25° water nozzle with a 180 mm immersion depth.This research work is conducive to the control of inclusions can provide a guidance of technical parameters for the actual continuous casting production.
