多断面方圆坯同时在线连铸生产实践

为了研究多断面同时在线连铸生产技术,以10机10流方圆坯兼容连铸系统为基础,对中间包、结晶器及振动装置、二次冷却、拉矫机等连铸机关键设备进行设计;以断面规格为φ180 mm、φ210 mm、φ250 mm、φ310 mm圆坯和200 mm× 200 mm方坯同时在线实践生产为主要研究对象,对中间包流场、浇铸温度、拉坯速度、二次冷却等生产主要工艺参数进行设计研究.生产实践结果表明对于优质低中碳钢,通过采用适当的设备及工艺参数,能够实现多断面方圆坯同时在线连铸生产;产品质量稳定可靠,完全能够满足铸坯生产质量要求,极大提高了企业市场灵活性.
Practice of on-line continuous casting system for multi-section square/round billet
In order to study the production technology of multi-section simultaneous on-line continuous casting,the key equipment of continuous casting machine,such as tundish,mold and oscillating equipment,secondary cooling,withdrawal straightener,etc,are designed based on 10-machine 10-flow square/round billet compatible continuous casting system.The main process parameters of multi-section production,such as tundish flow,casting tempera-ture,casting speed and secondary cooling,were designed and researched,by section size of φ180 mm,φ210 mm,φ250 mm,φ310 mm round billet and 200 mmX200 mm square billet simultaneous on-line practice.For high quality low and medium carbon steel,practice shows that multi-section square/round billet can be produced simultaneously by on-line continuous casting with appropriate equipment and process parameters.The production quality is stable and reliable,which can fully meet the requirements of casting slab production quality and greatly improves the enter-prise market flexibility.
