The Provisions on People's Procuratorate Review Case Hearing issued by the Supreme People's Procuratorate is the legal basis of the procuratorial organs to carry out the case procuratorial hearing,which plays a significant role in changing the existing procuratorial power operation mode and achieving the moder-ate judicial operation of procuratorial power.However,the legalization of procuratorial hearings still needs to further strengthen its legislation by defining the scope of application cases and procedural differences be-tween the ordinary procedure mode and the summary procedure mode of procuratorial hearing,fully reflect-ing the litigation value of procuratorial hearing.Although the procuratorial hearing system has been estab-lished through the Provisions of the Supreme People's Procuratorate,its legalization cannot be achieved over-night,and it is still necessary to exchange experience,innovate the work mode,improve legislation,and fully reflect the litigation value of the procuratorial hearing system itself based on the Provisions.We should learn from the successful experience of the procuratorial hearing system and gradually establish a hearing system of investigation and trial to make the judicial hearing a complete working mechanism.
