Value Alignment:Research on the Risks of AI Cultural Technology Ethics and Good Governance in the AIGC Era
With the rise of generative artificial intelligence technology, the AIGC era has dawned, bringing significant advancements in creating new quality productive forces in the field of culture. However,it also faces risks of technological ethics and challenges in governance.Concerning theoretical construction,AI cultural technology ethics involves transparency, regulation, responsibility and morality,as well as their rela-tionship with computer ethics, machine ethics and computational ethics. From a developmental perspective, algorithm as a non-human network actor faces challenges like its disassociation from privacy and morality, digital divide and unclear ethical boundaries in the digital era,as well as the multidimensional security risks posed by deep synthesis and deep fakes. To defuse these risks, the present paper,by adhering to AI value alignment, aims to propose a governance system for AIGC cultural technology ethics based on co-innovation,co-construction and co-governance.This system incorporates innovations of systems, technologies and enti-ties of AI cultural technology ethics governance within a coordinated framework for good governance. The goal is to promote the high-quality development of AI-driven new quality productive forces of culture,ad-dress ethical risks and ensure a sustainable balance between cultural technology innovation and ethics.
