New quality productive forces(NQPF)are essentially green productive forces.Facing major strate-gic opportunity of the acceleration of NQPF development,we should advance the modernization character-ized by the harmonious coexistence between humans and nature,and take it as a necessary choice for build-ing a modern socialist country in all respects.The interactive law between productive forces and nature in the evolution of human social formations serves as the theoretical foundation for NQPF to empower such a mod-ernization.With new development philosophies,high-tech forms,high-efficiency industries,and high-quality goals,NQPF empowers this kind of modernization.To effectively expand the practical pathways of NQPF's empowerment in the future,efforts should be made on the"green"dimensions,such as accelerating green sci-tech innovation,fostering green industrial clusters,guiding green investment flows,and expanding green institutional supply.
