A SACRS infectious disease model for viral hepatitis C with a protective strength

结合丙型病毒性肝炎(HC)病毒的传播机理,在合理假设的基础上简化,建立针对HC的SACRS传染病模型,借助下一代生成矩阵定义该模型的有效再生数并得到表达式.证明有效再生数Re<1时疾病是消亡的;Re>1时疾病是持久的.进行相关数值模拟,并提出可行的HC防治建议.
Combined with the transmission mechanism of viral hepatitis C,a SACRS infectious disease model was established,based on several reasonable assumptions.By means of the next generation matri-ces method,the effective reproduction number in the model was define and calculated.It was proved that the disease became extinct when Re<1 and persistent when Re>1.A numerical simulation was directed to provide feasible recommendations for the prevention and treatment of viral hepatitis C.
