In order to fully understand and rationally develop and utilize groundwater resources, the Malian River Basin was selected as the research object, and the monthly runoff of Yuluoping Station from 2006 to 2019 was simulated by constructing a SWAT distributed hydrological model and using SUFI-2 algorithm for parameter sensitivity analysis, parameter validation and model verification. In the model verification period,R2 and Nash-Sutcliffe efficiency coefficient were 0.75 and 0.64 respectively, which met the requirements. The reserves, natural replenishment and recoverable amount of groundwater phre-atic beds in the river basin were estimated. The spatial distribution of groundwater reserves in the basin was significantly different, and the reserves decreased by 3.79×109m3 from 2006 to 2019,with a large loss. The reserves of the diving layer were related to the thickness of the diving layer and the geological structure. The average annual groundwater runoff modulus was 0.36 L/(s·km2),average annual natural recharge was 2.29× 108 m3,and the average annual recoverable amount was 1.37× 108 m3.
