基于弛豫斜率的变压器绝缘状态分析

针对回复电压特征量难以有效分析绝缘介质极化弛豫响应速度的问题,提出利用弛豫斜率新回复电压特征量研究绝缘介质的介电特性和变压器绝缘状态.理论分析弛豫斜率极化谱与变压器绝缘介质老化的内在联系,建立扩展德拜等效电路模型,仿真变压器等效电路参数变化对弛豫斜率极化谱的影响规律,通过多台变压器的实测数据验证理论与仿真结果.结果表明,弛豫斜率极化谱能够有效反映变压器的绝缘老化状态,变压器的绝缘油老化越严重,其弛豫斜率极化谱峰值越大.变压器绝缘老化主要影响弛豫斜率极化谱前端(tc<10 s)部分;当变压器弛豫斜率k≥20时,其绝缘状态处于老化较严重状态.
In view of the difficulty to effectively analyze the polarization relaxation response speed of the common recovery voltage characteristics,a relaxation slope was proposed to research into the dielectric characteristics of the insulating medium and the insulation state of the transformer.The internal connec-tion between the relaxation slope polarization spectrum and the aging of transformer insulation medium was theoretically analyzed,and an extended Debye equivalent circuit model established to study the influ-ence of transformer equivalent circuit parameter variations on relaxation slope polarization spectrum.The theory and simulation results were verified by the measured data of multiple transformers and the results showed that the relaxation slope polarization spectrum could effectively reflect the insulation aging state of the transformer.The more serious insulation aging state of the transformer,the greater peak of the relaxation slope polarization spectrum,and the insulation aging of the transformer mainly affected the front end of the relaxation slope polarization spectrum(tc<10 s);when relaxation slope k≥20,its insu-lation state was in a serious aging state.
