CE-C4D for the determination of 6 phenoxy herbicides and 2 benzoic acid herbicides in the Huanghe River
Using a self-built capillary electrophoresis-capacitively coupled contactless conductivity detec-tion system, the separation and detection of 6 phenoxy herbicides and 2 benzoic acids herbicides were realized by optimizing the buffer, additives, separation voltage, effective length and other conditions, and this method was used for the detection of eight herbicide residues in the Huanghe River water. The experi-mental results showed that,in the triethylamine system containing α-cyclodextrin,eight herbicides could be separated and detected simultaneously within 6 min,and the concentration was positively and linearly correlated with the peak area in the concentration range of 7.8-300 μmol/L,the detection limit was 2.00-3.93 μmol/L,the relative standard deviation of migration time, intraday and interday reproducibility of peak area between 0.40%and 5.78%,and the recovery rate of spiked water samples in the Yellow River between 80.11%and 114.41%.Compared with the traditional detection and analysis methods, this meth-od is portable and the experimental operation simple, which is expected to become a favorable technolo-gy for the simultaneous detection of multiple pesticide residues in the environment.
