摘要
为解决带式输送机清扫装置智能运维准确率低、可视化不足等问题,设计了一种基于数字孪生的清扫装置智能运维系统.结合实际工况,建立了基于数字孪生的智能运维系统框架,并构建融合物理模型、逻辑模式、功能模型的孪生模型,提出一种融合Dropout的LSTM-ELM轴承故障诊断模型,进一步结合WebGL 等技术进行可视化展示.结果表明:该系统平均诊断精度达95.34%,可视化展示充分,达到实际运维需求.可为推动数字孪生技术落地提供参考.
Abstract
In order to solve the problems of low accuracy and insufficient visualization of the intelligent operation and maintenance of the belt conveyor cleaning device,an intelligent operation and maintenance system for the cleaning device based on digital twins is designed.Firstly,establish an intelligent operation and maintenance sys-tem framework based on digital twins;secondly,build a twin model that combines physical models,logical mod-els,and functional models,and propose a LSTM-ELM bearing fault diagnosis model that integrates Dropout,com-bined with technologies such as WebGL Carry out visual display.The results show that the average diagnostic ac-curacy of the system reaches 95.34%,and the visual display is sufficient to meet the actual operation and mainte-nance requirements,providing a reference for promoting the implementation of digital twin technology.
