产教融合背景下应用型本科高校人才培养实施路径——以农科类人才培养为例

摘要
随着我国深入推进创新驱动发展战略,创新人才培养模式成为提升地方高校人才培养质量、紧密对接地方区域经济发展的关键手段.从国内外多元化创新人才培养的背景入手,分析应用型高校人才培养的内涵和机制,调研地方高校现阶段农科类人才培养的现状和存在问题,提出产教融合背景下政产学协同创新人才培养的实施路径,旨在促进地方高校人才培养机制变革,强化人才培养质量,提升地方高校服务区域经济发展和国家创新战略的能力,最终实现人才培养、科技研发和服务社会的可持续发展目标.
Abstract
As China further promotes the innovation-driven development strategy,the innovative talent training mode has become a key means to improve the quality of talent training in local universities and closely connect with local regional economic development.Starting from the background of diversified innovative talents training at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the connotation and mechanism of talents training in application-oriented universities,investigate the current situation and existing problems of agricultural talent training in local universi-ties,puts forward the implementation path of government-industry-university collaborative innovation talent train-ing under the background of the integration of industry and education,aiming to promote the reform of talent training mechanism of local universities,strengthen the quality of talent training,improve the ability of local uni-versities to serve regional economic development and national innovation strategy,and finally realize the sustain-able development goal of talent training,scientific and technological research and development and social service.
