Cultivating college students'psychological identification with the socialist core values in the new era is of great historical significance and practical value for promoting the construction of China's higher education cause,consolidating the leadership of the Party Central Committee on ideological work in colleges and universi-ties,and cultivating good Chinese youth with an all-round moral,intellectual,physical and aesthetic grounding,in addition to a hard-working spirit.In the new historical period,influenced by multiple factors,there are still obsta-cles in the cultivation of college students'psychological identity of socialist core values,such as poor theoretical learning,the emergence of diversified ideological trends,the formalization of propaganda and education activities,and excessive networking in daily life.In response to the above problems,the society and colleges and universities should always adhere to the socialist core values as the fundamental adherence,continue to scientifically inculcate relevant ideas and theories about socialist core values in college students,and constantly enhance their psycholog-ical identity,which is then reflected in practice.
