摘要
针对本地负荷水平无法匹配新能源的发电能力,本地消纳能力不足的问题,提出了基于改进NSGA-Ⅱ算法的新能源日前调度优化模型.以功率平衡约束和常规机组约束为条件,通过NSGA-Ⅱ算法得出一组Pareto最优解集,再通过模糊隶属度函数选择Pareto解中满足日前新能源外送电量最大和常规机组运行成本最小的最优折衷解,再通过某电网实际运行数据为基础,验证了该改进算法的可行性和有效性.
Abstract
Aiming at the problem that the local load level cannot match the power generation capacity of new en-ergy and the local consumption capacity is insufficient,a new energy day-ahead scheduling optimization model based on the modified NSGA-Ⅱalgorithm is proposed.Under the condition of power balance constraint and con-ventional unit constraint,a set of Pareto optimal solution set is obtained by NSGA-Ⅱalgorithm,and then the op-timal compromise solution satisfying the maximum output of new energy and the minimum operating cost of con-ventional unit is selected by fuzzy membership function.The feasibility and effectiveness of the improved algo-rithm are verified by the actual operation data of a power grid.
