Analysis of Temperature Stress Field and Crack Control of Long Frame Concrete Box Culvert During Pouring Stage
Based on the construction project of a long frame box culvert,this paper analyzes and studies the tem-perature crack control technology of a long frame box culvert through experimental data.In this experiment,a mo-nitoring point is set and the temperature is measured in the concrete pouring process of the long frame box cul-vert,and the finite element model of the long frame concrete box culvert is established by using ANSYS finite ele-ment software to simulate and analyze the temperature stress field of the concrete box culvert,and the variation law of the temperature stress field of the long frame concrete box culvert is summarized.In the experiment,the maximum temperature gradient,maximum displacement and maximum tensile stress of the long frame box culvert are analyzed by changing the temperature of concrete entering the mold and the spacing of expansion joints.The results show that the variation of temperature measured in the field is basically consistent with that obtained by simulation.The maximum tensile stress and maximum displacement of concrete in long frame box culverts in-crease with the increase of mold temperature.From the Angle of concrete crack control,30~35m can be used as the reasonable expansion joint spacing of long frame box culvert concrete.According to the on-site crack control measures designed simulation results,the crack of concrete structure are effectively controlled,and good practical results are obtained.
