摘要
铸牢中华民族共同体意识是对新时代党的民族工作的系统把握与深层谋划,是维护民族团结的基础性工程和战略性任务.文化润疆是新时代党的治疆方略的重要组成部分,并在目标一致性、任务共同性、要求契合性上能够与新疆地区铸牢中华民族共同体意识有效衔接,可以作为新疆地区铸牢中华民族共同体意识的现实选择.就价值作用来看,文化润疆可以在新疆地区铸牢中华民族共同体意识中发挥引领涵育功能,提供有力的思想统领、强大的精神支撑和广泛的凝聚共识.就实现方式来讲,文化润疆助力新疆地区铸牢中华民族共同体意识,有赖于坚持党的领导、深化文化改革与强化支撑保障等多方合力,以期坚定文化发展方向,培育文化引领能力,改善文化宣传效果.
Abstract
To firmly build the sense of community of the Chinese nation is a systematic grasp and deep planning of the Party's ethnic work in the new era,and also isa basic project and strategic task to maintain national unity.Cultural nourishing Xinjiang is an important part of the party's Xinjiang governance strategy in the new era,and it can effectively connect with Xinjiang's awareness of building a Chinese national community in terms of goal con-sistency,common tasks and requirements,and can be a realistic choice for Xinjiang's awareness of building a Chinese national community.From the point of view of value,cultural nourishing Xinjiang can play a leading and cultivation function in forging a strong sense of community of the Chinese nation in Xinjiang,providing powerful i-deological leadership,strong spiritual support and extensive consensus building.In terms of the way to achieve it,culture nourishing Xinjianghelps Xinjiang forge a strong sense of community of the Chinese nation,which depends on the joint efforts of various parties,such as adhering to the leadership of the party,deepening cultural reform and strengthening support and guarantee,hoping to firm the direction of cultural development,cultivate the ability to lead culture,and improve the effect of cultural propaganda.
