摘要
探讨高校党建育人的内涵,梳理高校党建育人的功能,结合当前高校党建育人工作现状,从思想意识、工作队伍、育人载体三个方面分析现存主要问题.提出在新形势下,通过实施三大工程、增强党建育人的思想意识,完善三支队伍、强化党建育人工作力量,优化三大载体、拓展党建育人空间等对策,来提升党建育人质量,落实好立德树人根本任务.
Abstract
The connotation and the function of party building education in colleges and universities are discussed and analyzed.Combining the current situation of party building education in colleges and universities,the existing main problems are analyzed from the three aspects:ideology,work team and education carrier.Under the new sit-uation,through the implementation of three major projects,strengthen the ideological awareness of party building education;improve the three teams and strengthen the work force of party building education;optimize the three major carriers,expand the space for party building education,improve the quality of party building education,and implement the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education.
