摘要
针对工科类专业人才创新创业教育严重滞后于新工科要求的现状,提出构建理论学习、项目进化、研究创新三层次创新创业人才培养体系,践行OBE理念,借助大学生创新项目驱动,利用学科技能竞赛、产教融合、科创融合、组建师生学习共同体等一系列行之有效的手段,提高创新创业教育水平.实践证明,通过材子智造创新基地多年的建设,学生在创新创业项目、学科竞赛、考研、就业等方面取得了一定的成绩,达到了培养符合新工科要求的应用技术型人才的目标.
Abstract
In view of the current situation that innovation and entrepreneurship education for engineering majors seriously lags behind the requirements of the new engineering disciplines,it is proposed to build a three-level in-novation and entrepreneurship talent training system featuring theoretical learning,project evolution and research innovation,practice the OBE concept,drive students by the university students'innovation projects.A series of ef-fective means such as discipline skill competition,integration of industry and education,integration of science and innovation,and formation of a learning community between teachers and students are used to improve the level of innovation and entrepreneurship education.Practice has proved that through the construction of the Cai Zi intelli-gent manufacturing innovation base for many years,students have made certain achievements in innovation and entrepreneurship projects,discipline competitions,postgraduate entrance exams,employment,etc.,and have reached the goal of training applied technology talents who meet the requirements of new engineering.
