摘要
以太行高速公路焦作至济源段沁河特大桥钢混组合梁桥段为依托,针对该工程整孔架设且施加二次反提等特点,基于BIM技术建立跨度80m钢混组合梁桥三维模型,通过可视化模型提取相应工程量并利用WBS对桥梁上部结构进行任务分解,编制进度计划,结合挣值分析法确定偏差率并对后续施工阶段提出调整措施,选出最优方案以指导实际施工.结果表明:钢混组合梁段经进度检查后发现滞后工作,若按原计划进行,预计 12 周完成的工作将延迟至 15 周;经过缩短吊装工作工期、调整人员设备投入等方案调整后,在第 12 周赶上计划进度,总工期减少 68 d.挣值法与BIM三维建模、施工模拟结合,能够使工程进度得到有效控制的同时减少成本,可为进度优化向智慧方向发展提供参考.
Abstract
Based on the steel-concrete composite beam section of Qinhe super large bridge in Jiaozuo-Jiyuan sec-tion of Taihang expressway,aiming at the characteristics of the whole span erection and secondary reverse lift of the project,a three-dimensional model of the steel-concrete composite beam bridge with a span of 80m is estab-lished based on BIM Technology.The corresponding quantities are extracted through the visual model,and the WBS is used to decompose the tasks of the bridge superstructure and prepared the schedule,combined with earned value analysis method,the deviation rate is determined,and adjustment measures are proposed for the sub-sequent construction stage,and the optimal scheme is selected to guide the actual construction.The results show that:after the progress inspection of the steel-concrete composite beam section,it is found that the work is lagging behind.If the original plan is carried out,the work completed in 12 weeks is expected to be delayed to 15 weeks.After the scheme adjustment such as shortening the lifting work period and adjusting the personnel and equipment investment,the plan progress is caught up in the 12th week,and the total construction period is reduced by 68 days.Combining earned value method with BIM 3D modeling and construction simulation can effectively control the project schedule and reduce the cost,providing reference for the development of schedule optimization in the direction of wisdom.
