摘要
为更精准快地进行工程量清单模式下的建筑工程竣工结算审核,结合某工程项目,通过分析结算审计中通常存在的问题,从审核流程、核减原因、项目质量等方面对建筑工程结算审核策略进行阐述.该项目的结算审核结果可为同类项目结算审核工作提供参考.
Abstract
In order to conduct the completion settlement audit of construction projects in the mode of bill of quan-tities more accurately and quickly,based on the analysis of the common problems in the settlement audit of a cer-tain project,this paper expounds the audit strategy of the settlement of construction projects from the aspects of the audit process,the reasons for the reduction and the quality of the project.The results of the settlement audit of this project can provide reference for similar settlement audit projects.
