摘要
近年来,以互联网、大数据、人工智能为代表的数字技术对传统经济模式产生了深远的影响,对政府治理体系和治理能力提出了新的挑战.甘肃省坚持高站位统筹规划,不断建立健全符合省情的数字政府建设机制和技术应用体系,取得了一定成效.立足甘肃实际,聚焦新发展阶段深入推进依法行政的需要,探索甘肃省数字法治政府建设新路径,提出对策建议.
Abstract
In recent years,digital technology represented by the Internet,big data and artificial intelligence have had a profound impact on the traditional economic model,which also poses new challenges to the governance sys-tem and governance capacity of the government.Gansu Province adheres to a high level of coordination and plan-ning,and constantly establishes sound digital government construction mechanism in line with provincial condi-tions as well as the technology application system,and has achieved certain results.Based on the actual situation of Gansu Province,focusing on the need to further promote law-based administration in the new development stage,exploring a new path for the construction of digital law-based government in Gansu Province,and putting forward countermeasures and suggestions.
